Brewing: You may use a tea infuser or for stronger infusions lightly boil 1 teaspoon of the blend in 4-5 cups of
water for at least 5-7 minutes. Strain off the contents as you pour the brew into a cup. Drink it hot or chill for iced tea. Each bag is highly concentrated so you should get at least 3-4 cups from each teaspoon.

Avoid using faucet (tap) water unless you have a very good purifier.
